Service Description
WombView is an entertainment application that uses artificial intelligence to generate artistic interpretations of babies based on ultrasound images. This is not a medical service or diagnostic tool.
Entertainment Purposes Only
All generated portraits are for entertainment purposes only. They are artistic interpretations and do not represent actual predictions of your baby's appearance. Do not use WombView output for any medical or diagnostic purposes.
Credits & Purchases
- Credits are required to generate portraits
- All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
- Credits do not expire
- Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Upload content that is not your own ultrasound or family photos
- Attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate the service
- Share or distribute generated content as medical information
Intellectual Property
Generated portraits are provided for your personal use. You may share them on social media and with family. We retain no ownership rights to your generated portraits.
Limitation of Liability
WombView is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of WombView after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
